- 1.1.1. Development of basic children Shirt from bodice block and its variations.
- 1.2. Drafting of children block for girl (6- 8 years). 1.2.1Girl’s block variation Dress/frock etc.
Unit 2 Techniques of Drafting of Men’s Shirts.
- 2.1. Drafting of Men’s Shirt and its variations.
- 2.1.1. Drafting of formal shirt.
- 2.1.2. Drafting of casual shirt.
Unit 3 Techniques of Draping of Torso Block.
- 3.1. Development of torso/dress block by draping method.
- 3.1.1. Development of Shift (semi fit) and box fit (loose fit) from sheath fit(close fit) torso by using flat pattern making technique and development of their slopers for design adaptation.
Unit 4 Adaptation of Indian Kurta from Torso Block.
- 4.1. Adaptation of dress blocks into Indian Kurta, princess line kurta etc. In different fits (fitted, semi fitted and loose fit).
