What We Publish

Everything on Khudkibook falls into one of four buckets, and we label them clearly:

• Official documents. GTU syllabus PDFs, circulars and previous-year question papers are linked from their official sources (such as gtu.ac.in) so students always read the authoritative version.
• Original guides. Blog articles and how-to guides are written by our team to explain exam rules, preparation strategies and academic procedures in plain language.
• Structured subject pages. Each subject page organises the subject code, credits, semester, unit-wise syllabus and available material in one place so it is easier to find than a raw PDF.
• AI-assisted study notes. A small number of self-study chapters are drafted with a locally-run language model and are clearly labelled “AI-generated study material — always cross-check with the official syllabus.” These are held to the review step described below.

How We Source & Verify

1. Official first. Subject codes, credits, unit names and exam dates are taken from GTU's own syllabus and circular documents, not from third-party summaries.
2. Automated checking. Our monitoring job compares official notices against what the site shows every 15 minutes and republishes a post when a circular changes. You can see this on the GTU Notices page.
3. Human review of written content. Original guides and any AI-assisted chapter are read before publishing, and the file is annotated with a review state so unreviewed drafts are never indexed.
4. Link hygiene. Material that is no longer available is removed rather than left as a dead link.

Our Use Of AI

We use language models as a drafting tool, not as an author. AI-assisted study notes are generated from the official unit-wise syllabus for that subject code, then read and are visibly labelled on the page itself. They are a supplement to the official textbook and syllabus — never a replacement.

• Every AI-assisted page carries a visible label and a reminder to verify against the official syllabus.
• They do not carry advertising until each chapter has been individually reviewed and signed off.
• Original news and guide articles are written by our team and are not AI-generated.

Accuracy, Corrections & Copyright

We try to be accurate, but university rules, codes and dates change. If you spot an error, email us and we will correct it and note the change.

• Corrections: verified corrections are made within a few working days and the affected page is updated.
• Copyright: we link to official documents and do not claim ownership of university material. If you are a rights holder and want something removed, see our DMCA policy.
• Independence: Khudkibook is not affiliated with or endorsed by Gujarat Technological University. It is an independent student resource.
